Terminal 1: When you arrive in terminal 1, go straight ahead towards La Plaza, and continue towards Parking G passing the tobacco shop, and at the end take the stairs. At this point our white courtesy bus with the Drivalia logo will be waiting for you. If the bus isn't there at the time, don't worry, another bus will be back shortly.Terminal 2A and 2B: Exit the terminal and without crossing the street walk to your right, towards Terminal C. Just below the letter C, our white courtesy bus with the Drivalia logo will be waiting for you. If the bus isn't there at the time, don't worry, another bus will be back soon.Terminal 2C: Exit the terminal and walk to your left. Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Car hires from Alicante, Valencia, Murcia & Mallorca

Cross-border driving is not permitted during car rentals from these offices.

Car hires from Santiago, Bilbao & Girona

In the event that a client wishes to drive cross border to one of our approved countries, the following charges will apply:

1 For customers who choose to contract our SCDW cover or who book our All-Inclusive (no deposit) package. The daily charge to drive cross border is 10 euros per day with a minimum charge of 20 euros and a maximum charge of 150 euros.

2 For customers who book our basic package and choose not to contract our full coverage. The daily charge to drive cross border is 20 euros per day with a minimum charge of 40 euros and a maximum charge of 300 euros.

Customers of Santiago may only drive to Portugal and customers of Bilbao and Girona may only drive to France and Andorra under these conditions.

Cross border is not guaranteed and must be approved by supplier at the desk. Conditions and price can change without notice.
